NC FIELD is a non-profit based in Kinston, North Carolina. We are a grassroots organization dedicated to the education and socio-economic advancement of the agricultural workforce and the migrant + immigrant communities that support it. NC FIELD offers youth-led food initiatives, a K-12 youth advocacy group called Poder Juvenil Campesino (PJC), community workshops, personal + professional development training and volunteer opportunities in addition to the core-based programs such as Give Food A Face, The Farmworker Emergency Fund, and Hurricane Relief Fund.
